One of the reasons is to follow recent popular trends. This is linked to friends that have already have sex and advertisement on television are also giving young people a template on dating and casual sex. While the second reason is being pressured by their boyfriend into giving themselves. As they wanted to prove their love to their partners and agreed whatever their partners asked for to have a closer connection with their boyfriends.
· What are some consequences which a girl might face for engaging in casual sex?
They would have unwanted pregnancy and they will face some consequences that would make a great change of their lives : Sexually transmitted disease, Adoption may cause death, etc etc.
Question 2: What are some of your reactions after reading this article? If one day, a close friend of yours confess to you that he/she has been engaging in sex, what would your advice to him/her be?
I feel dissapointed and shock as i wonder why those girls want to betray themselves, losing their virginity to a person who is just related as a boyfriend only. They should know the consequences of having underage sex by just reading a book, news or whatever.
If i have a close friend confess to me that he/she has been engaging in sex, i would definitely the consequences of having underage sex and tell them to find a person that he/she thinks will solve this problem and to tell him/her to learn how to 'No' this useful word to their parters and not to be afraid of facing the reality.:DD
